​How Do I Place An Order?
If you don't find what you want or need, then please email us with your ideas and we can custom design your one-of-a-kind piece. We will also give you a quote for your custom designs and payment is expected before we start your order.
Payment and Shipping
We accept credit card and many other forms of payments.
As soon as payment is received, we start to work on your order.

Please be aware that a minimum of 15 business days from the date of purchase are required for all custom orders and another 3 to 5 days for shipping.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR DAMAGE THAT OCCURS DURING SHIPPING!!

Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations, because every order is custom made for the individual. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
Please note that all orders and sales are final. No refunds will be given for damage that occurs during shipping. Once the package is in the hands of the USPO, we will not be responsible for any loss or late packages.
